Brian has more than 30 years’ experience in practice in commercial and immigration matters.
After completing his initial law studies in Sydney, he went on to study and work in London, Brussels and The Hague. Brian has also worked as in-house counsel and as university academic in international law.
Brian has built on his qualifications and experience to have a holistic approach to issues, so as to listen and fully investigate with a view to establish and pursue a strategy with clients. He enjoys applying his mind to resolution of problems, particularly those of clients.
Brian has been a ferocious Francophile ever since he discovered the Enlightenment and the French Revolution while at primary school. He is fluent in French. Brian’s interests include voracious reading of current affairs and history, and opining on them, as well as a passion for cooking, conversation and enthusiastic devotion to gym, swimming and yoga in the never ending struggle against time and gravity.
