LEILA RIFFI | COMMERCIAL LAWYER - CONSULTANT

Leila Riffi has been practising corporate and commercial law for 20 years. She is dual qualified in France and Australia, which has enabled her to advise French diplomatic and trade agencies, small and medium businesses and individuals about their Australian legal matters.

Her areas of expertise include commercial and corporate law, employment law and intellectual property rights. Most commonly, Leila assists clients with setting up the right legal entity to conduct their business, developing shareholders’ agreements, registering a business name or trade mark, leasing business premises, drafting agreements with employees, suppliers, distributors, customers, debt recovery and dispute resolution.

Leila is able to tailor legal solutions based on her clients’ needs and where they are at with the development of their commercial activities in Australia. Leila partners closely with clients to ensure their business is a success.

Leila holds a Master of Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris – La Sorbonne, a Master of Corporate, Commercial and Taxation Law from the University of New South Wales as well as a Diploma in Law from the NSW Legal Profession Admission Board. She is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. She is also a nationally accredited mediator and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In addition to her legal practice, Leila is actively involved in the community, volunteering her time as a rural fire service volunteer member.
